Centre Administrator/ Tuition Support

Part-time

We are looking for a Centre Administrator to assist in the smooth running of the Centre in general and to project a positive and friendly image to our students and parents who may contact us either in person or via the telephone.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and assisting the teachers during class times as required.

  • Assisting parents with registrations and processing the paperwork.

  • Filing all student information in an electronic record and/or paper records.

  • Preparation of classrooms and other facilities.

  • Assist with daily/weekly feedbacks and assessments.

  • Scanning and Photocopying materials and organise them.

  • Maintaining the Health and Safety of all staff, students and visitors.

  • Making appointments.

  • Any other duties as requested by the Centre Manager, Tutors or Admin Staff.

An ideal candidate would:

  • be an undergraduate who is looking for a part-time role to develop skills and experience.

  • have an enthusiastic nature, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • have good I.T. skills.

  • have relevant experience and be able to work independently with a complete understanding of computer applications.

  • work well within a team and individually.

  • have the ability to work well under pressure.

  • have a passion to succeed and deliver exceptional customer service in a results-driven environment.

  • be flexible; dependent on business needs.
